Processing Time Each piece from Anchored in Oak is handcrafted with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time — we'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping Methods & Rates We ship within the United States via UPS, FedEx, or freight carrier depending on the size and weight of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Time Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped. Larger furniture pieces may be delivered via white-glove freight service, which will be coordinated directly with you.

Damaged Items We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email]. We'll make it right.
